| The Fuji FinePix F30 is a stylish compact camera with the added benefit of having an Intelligent Face Detection feature. This means that the Fuji F30 will automatically detect if there is a face in your shot and will bring it into focus even in low light conditions. It can detect up to ten faces at the same time.
With 6.3 megapixel CCD, 3x optical and 6x digital zoom and Picture Stabilisation mode, the Fuji FinePix F30 gives a superb performance.
It is powered by a rechargeable NP95 Li-ion battery which will give approximately 580 shots per charge. The FinePix F30 has a built-in memory of 26 MB and can work with xD Picture Card.
Fuji F30 ISO equivalents are auto, 100/20/400/800/1600/3200 with White Balance choices of; auto, manual, daylight, fluorescent, incandescent and shade. The flash is built-in and has auto, red-eye reduction and slow sync modes.
Still images are stored as JPEG (Exif 2.2) with movie as AVI/Motion JPEG. Video can be shot at 30fps - 320x240 (QVGA) and 640x480 (VGA). Images can be viewed on the 2.5" LCD panel.
The Fuji FinePix F30 has various shooting mode choices where settings have been preselected and these include; auto, macro, portrait, landscape, night, fireworks, sunset, beach, party and underwater. Colours modes are black and white, chrome and standard.
