Feature wise, the LG KG320 comes complete with a 1.3 megapixel camera, 262k color TFT LCD display, and Bluetooth. For the music lover, the LG KG320 boasts 128MB of on board memory, an MP3/AAC compatible music player, and supports the USB Mass Storage class to ease the upload of files. Unfortunately, the USB connectivity is limited to the 1.1 standard, so transfers will be slow. All up, the KG320 has quite a good feature set for a handset only 9mm thin.

The KG320 comes in a luxurious black metal casing which has been designed with smooth edges. The handset comes with large square shaped buttons which makes text & numeric input easy for the user & with a navigation button situated in the centre. The phone has a crisp TFT screen which provides up to two hundred & sixty five colours. The user can view animated wallpapers on the screen & view their photo caller identification on the screen. The photo caller identification feature allows the user to not only see a name of their contact calling but a photo of their contact each time the contact calls. The designers at LG have thought about ease of use when designing the LG KG320 which is a highly useable & well specified mobile phone. The handset weighs 75 grams which is good to carry & measures 95 x 45 x 9.9 mm which is easy to hold in one hand. The KG320 comes with a leather case, USB cable, battery, travel adapter, strap & stereo handsfree headphones all included in the kit. The battery will provide the user with approximately 3 hours worth of talk time & 200 hours worth of standby battery time from a fully charged battery.

The phone comes with 128 Mbytes of internal memory which allows the user to store contact details, music, video & photos on their phones memory. The user can connect their mobile phone to their PC by using the USB cable which is provided in the kit & this allows the user to use their phone as a portable mass storage device. The user requires no PC software when connecting their phone to their PC & the user can simply use a drag & drop technique to exchange files. The KG320 comes with Bluetooth® technology which allows wireless communication between Bluetooth® compatible devices. The user can talk handsfree using the Bluetooth® handsfree headset or exchange files between Bluetooth® compatible devices using a wireless connection. The phone will automatically recharge its battery when it's connected to the users PC which is very useful when the user does not have their adapter to hand. The user can connect to the Internet & use the WAP XHTML browser to enjoy a mobile Internet experience on their mobile device. The LG KG320 works over a tri band network which allows the user to use their mobile phone in the majority of Europe & in the USA which is dependent on the users network operator.
