Are all phones on CellsWholesale.com Brand New?

All phones sold on CellsWholesale.com are 100% brand new. This means that NO phone that we sell is used or refurbished. CellsWholesale does not engage in the trade of 2nd hand phones because the defect rate is too high.

Why are our prices so low?

CellsWholesale.com brings the lowest prices to our customers through several means. Primarily, it is our huge purchasing quantities that allow us to have lower merchandise costs than our competitors. In addition, we also use Google Checkout as our primary means of processing payments, as they offer free credit card processing, allowing us to pass on the savings to you, the customer. Finally, due to our massive shipping quantities, we get 55% off of the window FedEx rate. This allows us to offer Free Shipping.

Does my phone work with Sprint or Verizon?
|

Unfortunately, the phones we sell are all GSM Unlocked. We do not sell Sprint or Verizon compatible phones.

How do I know if my phone will work with my carrier?
|
|
The rule of thumb is that as long as you have a SIM Card, your service provider is most likely compatible with your phone. At & T, Fido Wireless, T-Mobile, are examples of such.

What is our return policy?
|
|
* CellsWholesale understands that you may order a phone that you thought looked great on our site, but once you see the actual phone, you decide it doesn't look so hot anymore. This is why we offer the 7 day Satisfaction Guarantee, where if the phone is Brand New, we will take it back to you and give you a 90% refund, provided you pay for return shipping. The reason for the 10% fee is that it costs us money to process returns; please be aware that this fee is common in our industry, as apple.com and AT & T both charge a 10% fee on returned phones.
* If the phone is Used, CellsWholesale will still take it back if it is within the 7 day Guarantee, but you are eligible only for an EXCHANGE. If you choose to purchase a phone of lesser value, your credit card will be refunded the difference, minus 25%. If you choose a phone of greater value, your credit card will be charged only the difference.
* Regarding defective products, you should not have to worry: you have 7 days after receiving your phone to report any defects. After this period has passed, you must report your case to the manufacturer. If you need assistance redeeming your warrantee with them, we will be glad to help.
* If you were shipped an Overage/Shortage of goods, please contact CellsWholesale.com within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise, and we will dispatch the missing goods and pay for shipping.
