Are delivery charges included in the price match? YES. It is important to realize that many companies discount their products, only to charge exuberant shipping charges. Thus, when we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the company's shipping and handling fees will be added to their price to make a fair comparison against our price. Are quantities limited on price–matched products? We may limit the quantities of price–matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

What if two phones are the same exact model, but different version/firmware? Many manufacturers produce different versions of the same model.  Nokia, for example, produces three versions of the N96. Before approving a price-match claim, we will verify that the phone sold by our competitor has same firmware, specifications, and version.
