READ CAREFULLY. This Terms of Use Agreement applies to the use of the CellsWholesale.com website located at http://www.CellsWholesale.com (the "Site"). The Site is the property of CellsWholesale Inc.


Unlike most hard to understand Terms and Conditions, we have combined all of the brainpower at CellsWholesale.com to formulate something that the typical consumer can actually understand.


First of all, regarding your delivery:

* We will only ship to your billing or company address unless accommodations are made otherwise. We will require documentation to prove that you actually reside in your shipping addresss. We require this documentation to provide the customer with extra security protection.
* If you pay using Google Checkout, we are bound by the Google Checkout terms to ship to the address on your Google Checkout account. If you need us to ship to a different address, please change the address on your Google Account. If your order is exceptionally expensive, we may require documentation as well.

 

Secondly, our shipping time:

* CellsWholesale understands that you are anxious to get your phone. This is why we make our best effort to dispatch all products within 24 hours after your purchase, as long as you pay for, Ground Expedited, Express, or Overnight. If you pay for Super Saver, it may take up to 3-5 days before your item is dispatched.

 

Our Seven Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

* CellsWholesale understands that you may order a phone that you thought looked great on our site, but once you see the actual phone, you decide it doesnt look so hot anymore. This is why we offer the 7 day Satisfaction Guarantee, where if the phone is Brand New, we will take it back to you and give you a 90% refund, provided you pay for return shipping. The reason for the 10% fee is that it costs us money to process returns; please be aware that this fee is common in our industry, as apple.com and AT & T both charge a 10% fee on returned phones.
* If the phone is Used, CellsWholesale will still take it back if it is within the 7 day Guarantee, but you are eligible only for an EXCHANGE. If you choose to purchase a phone of lesser value, your credit card will be refunded the difference, minus 25%. If you choose a phone of greater value, your credit card will be charged only the difference.
* Regarding defective products, you should not have to worry: you have 7 days after receiving your phone to report any defects. After this period has passed, you must report your case to the manufacturer. If you need assistance redeeming your warrantee with them, we will be glad to help.
* If you were shipped an Overage/Shortage of goods, please contact CellsWholesale.com within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise, and we will dispatch the missing goods and pay for shipping.
* Please note that if there is a shortage of returned goods according to your order details, additional fees will be charged.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

* If you have a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service to start the process.
* You are responsible for return shipping unless your exchange or return was due to a packing mistake made by CellsWholesale
* Returns may take up to 4 weeks to process depending on your circumstance.

 

Your Privacy Matters to us:

* CellsWholesale.com takes your privacy very seriously. No joke! We do not give away any of your information, unless we are required by law. In the event that we get a fraudulent credit card order, however, we will report your IP and any other information to law enforcement.
* CellsWholesale abides by all laws concerning data protection- the limited data that we do collect is in accordance to the Data Protection Act of 1998.

 

Pricing:

* CellsWholesale tries our best to have accurate pricing, but we are human, and sometimes we do make mistakes. If the price error is within 20 dollars, consider it your gain- we will not even contact you. However, if the pricing error is greater then 20 dollars, it is our discretion to cancel your order.
* If a price drops more then 10 dollars within 3 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference. Anything beyond this point will not be refunded.

* CellsWholesale.com understands the importance of Customer Service. Not only do we offer Toll Free Support, but we can be contacted via live chat, and email. Keep in mind, we are only opened from 7 A.M to 6 P.M Pacific Standard Time.

 

The above policies are part of our commitment to good customer service. We do not have a 20 page terms and conditions only meant to confuse the customer; we genuinely want you to have the best shopping experience possible with us.
