Delivery Restrictions:

·         Our agreement with our credit card processor prohibits us from shipping orders to an address that is not on file with your credit card.  

·          If you checkout via Google Checkout, we will ship your order to the address you have on file with Google Checkout.  If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact Google Checkout to change your shipping information.  

·          If you checkout via PayPal, please make sure that your PayPal address is confirmed.  For more information about how to confirm an address on PayPal, please click here.  

Shipping time:

·          CellsWholesale understands that you are anxious to get your phone. This is why we make our best effort to dispatch express orders within 24 hours. (Ground Expedited, Express, and Overnight.) We ship most express orders FedEx, occasionally UPS.  We ship APO/AE orders USPS Priority Mail.

·          Super Saver Orders (Free Shipping) take 3-4 business days to dispatch, and another 4 days before delivery.  Please do not call us asking for a shipping status.  When your order is shipped, you will be receiving an e-mail from us with a tracking number.

Return Policy:

·          First and foremost, we will exchange DOA's (Dead on Arrival) at our expense. 

·          Any item returned to CellsWholesale (excluding manufacturer's defects) will be subject to a minimum thirty dollar processing fee. If the phone is used, an additional restocking fee of 10-25% will be applied.

·          Most purchases made from CellsWholesale.com are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met:

•         All original accessories that came with the phone are included.

•         The box is intact. Ripping open the box from the side will void your ability to return the phone.

•         The phone does not have any damage that arose from the user.

•         An RMA number is issued by one of our customer service representatives.

If you were shipped an Overage/Shortage of goods, please contact CellsWholesale.com within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise, and we will dispatch the missing goods and pay for shipping.

Privacy Policy:

·          CellsWholesale.com takes your privacy very seriously. We do not give away any of your information, unless we are required by law. In the event that we get a fraudulent credit card order, however, we will report your IP and any other information to law enforcement.

·          CellsWholesale abides by all laws concerning data protection- the limited data that we do collect is in accordance to the Data Protection Act of 1998.

Pricing:

·          CellsWholesale tries its best to maintain accurate pricing, but we occasionally make mistakes. If the pricing error is within 20 dollars, consider it your gain- we will not even contact you. However, if the pricing error is greater then 20 dollars, it is our discretion to cancel your order.

·          If a price drops more then 10 dollars within 3 days of delivery, we will refund you the difference. Anything beyond this point will not be refunded.

Warranty:

 *Phones labeled as "U.S Version" have a 1 Year US Warranty. Otherwise, you must contact the country of origin to redeem the warranty. For example, if a LG Phone was manufactured in Canada, you MAY have to contact LG Canada to redeem the warranty.
